This is a used coolant dam,pressure tester for cooling systems on trucks or cars. You can use standard or large caps for diesel trucks,or cars. You hook it up,apply air to it,depending which valve open and close will draw the cooling system into a vacuum so can change sensors,or small hoses without looking coolant,you attach long hose tool put end in bucket,you loose about half cup of coolant when pettifogging,don't need pressure test system,the gauge is off by couple pounds has no lens,but works great.
