Details:

Use the following programming routine to add transmitters vehicles security system or change button assignments if desired. The valet program switch, plugged into blue port, is used for programming. There is a basic sequence of steps to remember whenever programming this unit: door, key, choose, hold valet program switch while transmitting release. I have another identical in a separate offer.

Using the optional Dei bit writer or PC interface, programming routine may be locked. The horn will chirp indicating successful programming.

This is for a used vintage Dei viper 485T remote that in perfect working order. Do not release the valet program switch. It is not possible to teach a transmitter button the system more than once. Make sure the programming routine is unlocked before features of system to transmitter.

Open door is closed. Valet program switch is pressed too many times.

1 open a door on the vehicle. 2 turn the ignition key to on position. Ignition key is turned to the off position.

5 once the code is programmed, valet program button can be released. More than 15 seconds elapses between programming steps.

The horn will emit one long chirp when programming mode has been exited.

4 while holding the valet program switch, press button from transmitter that you wish to assign channel. This will erase any lost or stolen transmitters from your systems memory. It can also be used to start from scratch if the transmitter buttons were programmed incorrectly.
